Morgan Keller
Morgan Keller serves as the Director of the Office of International Student Affairs and PDSO at Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. His formative international experiences include a semester of study abroad in Siena, Italy as an undergraduate student at Lewis & Clark College, a Peace Corps service in Ecuador, and an eight-year career teaching English as a foreign language via the JET Program in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. Since completing his master’s degree in international education management at Middlebury Institute of International Studies in 2016, Morgan has served in successive ISSS roles at Clemson University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Wesleyan University. He has presented at regional and national NAFSA conferences, completed the NAFSA Management Development Program and the 2024-2025 NAFSA Executive Internationalization Leadership e-Institute, and previously served as the NAFSA Region XI Regulatory Ombuds for Student Issues from 2023 through 2024. In addition to serving as the NAFSA Region XI Connecticut State Rep., Morgan is a NAFSA Trainer Corps workshop trainer and a regional editor and copy editor for the Journal of Comparative and International Higher Education. His passions as an international educator center around supporting and advocating for international students and scholars; advancing campus internationalization through partnership-building and collaboration; and enabling accessible and impactful opportunities for global learning and intercultural experiences within and beyond higher education communities. Away from work, Morgan enjoys playing volleyball and watching Ghibli films with his spouse and two daughters. When he has time to himself, you’ll find him playing pickup soccer or watching his favorite sports teams on TV: Liverpool F.C. and the Golden State Warriors!
