Naghma Khan

Naghma has been a college counsellor at DPS International Gurgaon since 2017, where she leads on supporting students and families through the undergraduate application and decision-making process across multiple global destinations. In addition to her school-based role, she serves as an IBDP Consultant and Workshop Leader, and an Authorisation School Visit Team Leader, working with the International Baccalaureate to support quality assurance and programme development in IB schools worldwide. With extensive experience advising internationally mobile students, Naghma brings a practitioner’s perspective on how student motivations, destination perceptions, and external context shape undergraduate decision-making within the K12 environment.
