Nannette Ripmeester is director of Expertise in Labour Mobility (ELM). She is passionate about customizing solutions for international labour mobility. Nannette holds extensive knowledge on what makes graduates internationally employable through assignments for large corporate clients and higher education institutions across the globe. She is considered an expert on global mobility trends, is regularly invited to speak at international conferences  (EAIE, DAAD, NAFSA, AIEC, AIEA, WES, OECD) and has written extensively on international job-hunting practices. With her double-sided knowledge on what makes people mobile, Nannette advises HigherEd institutions and national & regional governments how to further increase the connection between recent graduates and their future job opportunities.

She combines her work for ELM with her role as Director Client Services for Europe & North America for i-graduate – a leading benchmarking organisation responsible for the International Student Barometer (ISB) and is founder of the HigherEd gamification app CareerProfessor.works.
