Nick J. Gozik, PhD, is dean of global education and an assistant professor with the Isabella Cannon Global Education Center at Elon University. Additionally, Gozik has held positions in education abroad at Boston College, Duke University, New York University, and the University of Richmond. He has served as a visiting professor at New York University, as well as a lecturer at Boston College and Lesley University, teaching courses on the internationalization of higher education, research methods, and approaches to study abroad. Among his publications, he has co-edited Promoting Inclusion in Education Abroad: A Handbook of Research and Practice (Stylus/NAFSA, 2018). Gozik recently served as chair of The Forum on Education Abroad’s Forum Council and has held other leadership positions in NAFSA, the Association for International Education Administrators (AIEA), and the New England Study Abroad Advisors’ Group (SAAG). Gozik holds an MA in French language and civilization and PhD in international education from New York University.
