Noelle Baldwin (she/her) is the Director of Diversity Relations & Advising at IES Abroad, leading their Initiative to Diversify Education Abroad (IDEA). With over 16 years in higher education, her work spans International Admission to study abroad, focusing on supporting marginalized students in U.S. higher education. A proud first-generation American of Jamaican heritage, Noelle holds degrees in Psychology and Education from the University of Miami, where she studied abroad in South Africa. Named one of Legacy Magazine’s 40 Under 40 Black Leaders in Miami, she serves on nonprofit boards and is dedicated to empowering students to become engaged global citizens.
