Norris Kayitare

Norris Kayitare is the Managing Director of University Programs at Bridge2Rwanda’s Isomo Academy, an education innovation lab dedicated to expanding access to global higher education and career pathways for African talent. Over the past nine years, Norris has played a leading role in identifying and preparing high-achieving low-income students across East Africa—including Rwanda, Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Sudan, and refugee communities—for admission to top universities worldwide.
