Raffaela luliano

Raffaela luliano is a Project Appointee at UNESCO in the Inclusion, Rights and Intercultural Dialogue Section, working on intercultural dialogue, anti-discrimination, and inclusive digital transformation. She is a co-author of More than Welcome: Intercultural Integration of Migrants in and through Higher Education (with Darla Deardorff), and contributes to embedding intercultural competence into policy frameworks and digital skills initiatives. She currently supports the Youth for Peace: UNESCO Intercultural Leadership Programme, a global initiative supporting young leaders from diverse contexts to advance dialogue-driven solutions within their communities.
