His hands-on, strategic approach helps clients navigate complex global mobility challenges, expand into new markets and address operational demands with tailored solutions.

Growing up in Southern Africa and Europe, Raj’s personal immigration experiences bring a compassionate perspective to his corporate advisory, education and private client work. He also plays a key role in Fragomen’s Data Governance and Technology Committees, advancing innovative tech solutions and serves on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, championing a welcoming workplace culture. Passionate about giving back, Raj supports pro bono immigration initiatives for vulnerable individuals, particularly those who have been the victim of domestic violence.
