Robbyn Wacker

Robbyn R. Wacker has over three decades of leadership in higher education, advancing global engagement through teaching, scholarship, and executive leadership. As president of St. Cloud State University, she led transformational strategies that expanded internationalization; strengthened partnerships across East Asia, South Africa, and Europe; increased international student enrollment; and revitalized the university’s Alnwick Castle campus in the United Kingdom. She also represented Minnesota higher education on gubernatorial delegations to Australia, Finland, and the United Kingdom, advancing international academic and economic partnerships. Wacker has been a lifelong champion of internationalization, having a passion for advancing international education as a transformative force for students, faculty, universities, and communities worldwide.
