Sara Easler, PhD

Sara Easler, PhD, is Assistant Dean of International Programs & Partnerships in the Haslam College of Business, where she leads global engagement strategy and oversees international programs, partnerships, and study abroad. She provides strategic oversight for international initiatives across faculty, staff, and research and directs the International Programs and Study Abroad unit within the Center for Student Engagement & Success. With more than 20 years of experience in international education in business school contexts, she brings a practitioner-scholar perspective to her work. Her research focuses on litigation risk, equity, and access in international education. She holds an MEd and PhD from the University of South Carolina.
