Saroj Siegler Quinn

Saroj Siegler Quinn is the executive director of international education for the San Mateo County Community College District, overseeing global strategy for Cañada College, College of San Mateo, and Skyline College. With 20 years of experience, she has developed international programs and partnerships for U.S. and foreign universities as well as nonprofits. Quinn specializes in innovative, results-driven strategies for international enrollment management and programming. She holds a BA in sociology from Princeton University and an MA in higher education administration with a concentration in international education from George Washington University.
