Shaun Morgan

Shaun Morgan is the Executive Director of the Office of Global Programs and Senior International Officer at the University of Massachusetts Boston, where he leads internationalization efforts including study abroad, global partnerships, and international student and scholar services. He has served as President of the Massachusetts Council for International Education, advocating for equitable access to global learning statewide. At UMass Boston, Shaun has advanced inclusive, innovative international opportunities and strengthened the university’s global presence, championing public higher education and cross-cultural engagement.
