Xiaobin Dai

Xiaobin Dai has been involved in the field of international education and student consulting services for nearly 20 years. A former international student herself, Xiaobin has assumed various roles in secondary and post secondary classrooms, as well as having lived in Kentucky, Ohio, and now Iowa. She currently serves as the Assistant Dean for International Education at the Center for International Education at Iowa Wesleyan University, and was the recipient of the NAFSA Region IV Internationalization Achievement Award in 2022. In her free time, Xiaobin enjoys traveling and trying new foods.
