Zharia White

Zharia (she/her) is the Outreach Coordinator for the Office of International Services (OIS) at the University of Pittsburgh. In her role, she plans engaging events for international students and their families and friends, fostering a strong sense of community and belonging. She also teaches a course designed to help incoming international first-year students adjust to life in the U.S. and Pittsburgh, as well as at Pitt.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh in Film and Media Studies and Communication Rhetoric. In her free time, Zharia enjoys watching movies and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
