Region X State Conferences

Your Region X State Reps are excited to announce that registration for our Upstate and Downstate meetings  are live! 

These affordable conferences are for professionals working in the international education field to learn updates in the field, share best practices and experiences, and network with colleagues in an intimate setting.

  • The Region X Downstate Conference will be hosted on Tuesday, June 23, from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm at New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, New Jersey. 
  • The Region X Upstate New York Meeting will be hosted on Thursday, June 25, 2026 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, with an optional Happy Hour on campus from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
