Exhibitor Cost: $875
The cost of exhibiting includes
- One individual full conference registration (other representatives attending the conference must complete an individual conference registration form, which may be accessed from the Region XI website when regular registration begins)
- One 6’ table and two chairs
- Wireless internet access
- Visibility in the conference materials
Additional optional costs:
- Tablecloth: $15
- Electrical access: $75
Booth set up: Tuesday, October 18, 2022, 2-4pm
Booth tear down: Thursday, October 20, 2022 by 5pm
Expo Hall Hours:
Tuesday, October 18, 2022: 4-5:30pm
Wednesday, October 19, 2022: 8am-4:30pm
Thursday, October 20, 2022: 8am-12pm
Table Selection and Registration
Exhibit tables will be self-selected at the time of registration on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be available for purchase online until the close of the registration system.
Information about shipping materials ahead of time will be available closer to the conference dates.
