The cost of exhibiting includes

• One individual full conference registration (other representatives attending the conference must complete an individual conference registration form, which may be accessed from the Region XI website when regular registration begins)
• One 6’ table and two chairs
• Wireless internet access
• Visibility in the conference materials

Additional optional costs:

• Tablecloth: $15
• Electrical access: $75

Exhibitor Timeline

Booth set up: Tuesday, October 18, 2022, 2-4pm
Booth tear down: Thursday, October 20, 2022 by 5pm

Expo Hall Hours:
Tuesday, October 18, 2022: 4-5:30pm
Wednesday, October 19, 2022: 8am-4:30pm
Thursday, October 20, 2022: 8am-12pm

Table Selection and Registration

Exhibit tables will be self-selected at the time of registration on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be available for purchase online until the close of the registration system.
