Letter of Invitation

Please note that invitation letters are supplemental documents and are not required for all visa processes or situations. To receive an invitation letter for this conference, please complete the Invitation Letter Form. Upon submission, your request will be sent to NAFSA staff for processing. All requests will be screened, but not all will be approved. Due to higher than normal requests, responses may be delayed. If approved, you will receive an invitation letter on official letterhead as a PDF document via the email address you provided. If you are unable to access the Invitation Letter Form, please contact [email protected] to request a letter.

Please check with your local U.S. consulate to allow sufficient time for visa processing. A letter of invitation does not guarantee visa approval.
