How to Prepare Your Schedule
It’s helpful to make a plan before you travel. Here are a few things to keep in mind ahead of NAFSA 2026 in Orlando.
- Use the Online Planner: View the full conference schedule and save sessions to “My Schedule.”
- Find your login details: Your Online Planner login information is in your registration confirmation email.
- Opt in to networking: We encourage attendees to allow other attendees to contact them through the Online Planner. After you log in, select your name in the top-right corner, go to “My Conference Profile,” and select “Save and Continue” until you reach “Networking,” then read and select all three checkboxes and save.
- Plan for the app and chat: The conference app and chat feature will be available 30 days before the conference.
- Review exhibitors in advance: View the exhibitor list and Expo Hall map to familiarize yourself with who will be onsite.
- Schedule meetings early: Onsite meeting times can fill up quickly, so it’s best to reach out to partners before you arrive.
- Explore and plan: Take time to browse sessions, exhibitors, and attendees in the Online Planner to make the most of your conference experience.

Letter of Invitation
Please note that invitation letters are supplemental documents and are not required for all visa processes or situations. To receive an invitation letter for this conference, please complete the Invitation Letter Form. Upon submission, your request will be sent to NAFSA staff for processing. All requests will be screened, but not all will be approved. Due to higher than normal requests, responses may be delayed. If approved, you will receive an invitation letter on official letterhead as a PDF document via the email address you provided. If you are unable to access the Invitation Letter Form, please contact [email protected] to request a letter.
Please check with your local U.S. consulate to allow sufficient time for visa processing. A letter of invitation does not guarantee visa approval.
