Where to Stay

Reservations within the official NAFSA Hotel Block will open on February 3 at 12:00 p.m. (ET).  NAFSA has vetted and secured room blocks for the 2026 Annual Conference & Expo attendees and exhibitors at a variety of hotels in Orlando, Florida to meet all tastes and budgets. Hotel reservations will be accepted until May 1, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. ET or until the room block is sold out. All hotels offer a business center, pool, fitness center and are ADA accessible.

The room rates listed below are for single/double occupancy ONLY. Additional fees will apply for the 3rd or 4th-person in the room and room availability is limited. Room rates noted do not include the current tax of 12.50% -13.63% (subject to change). The room rates listed may include applicable resort fees. For hotel locations, see the NAFSA 2026 Hotel Map.
