Students’ enrollment decisions are increasingly driven by workforce outcomes, yet misalignment persists across secondary advising, university enrollment processes, and labor-market needs. As student decision-making behaviors evolve rapidly, institutions and systems must adapt just as quickly.

This Summit is designed as a high-impact, interactive workshop that brings together a curated group of university leaders, international school heads and counselors, employers, and policymakers to address this critical challenge in international education. 

Designed to move beyond conversation to practical solutions, the Summit will feature new global data on student decision-making, collaborative design workshops, and cross-sector dialogue focused on strengthening the international school–to–university pipeline and aligning education pathways with career outcomes.
