Volunteer at NAFSA 2026

Volunteering is a great way to network while getting reimbursed for registration. Volunteers may be reimbursed 50-100 percent of the general conference registration fee paid. Information about volunteering for NAFSA 2026 is coming soon.

If you have registered for the NAFSA Conference and hold the position of Senior International Officer (SIO) or Provost, invite your president, vice chancellor, or rector to join you at the NAFSA 2026 Annual Conference & Expo at a discounted rate!  More information is coming soon.

For International Visitors

Visa Letter of Invitation

For international attendees only: Please note that invitation letters are supplemental documents and are not be required for all visa processes or situations. To receive an invitation letter for this conference, please complete the Invitation Letter Form. Upon submission, your request will be sent to NAFSA staff for processing. All requests will be screened, but not all will be approved. Due to higher than normal requests, responses may be delayed. If approved, you will receive an invitation letter on official letterhead as a PDF document via the email address you provided.

Please check with your local U.S. consulate to allow sufficient time for visa processing. A letter of invitation does not guarantee visa approval.
