2019 NAFSA Texas State Meeting

The 2019 NAFSA Texas State Meeting will take place on March 7th and 8th at the University of Texas at Arlington. Register for the State Meeting! Online registration is $75 for NAFSA members and non-members. You can register online until March 1. On-site registration is $100 for NAFSA members and non-members.
The 2019 Texas State Meeting will take place on Thursday, March 7 and Friday, March 8 in UTA's E.H. Hereford University Center, 300 West 1 Street, Arlington, TX 76010.

Half-day Workshop, 1pm-5pm ($200)
Risk Assessment and Crisis Management in Education Abroad Programming
Please note that each workshop will require at least six participants to make.
We will have a State Meeting Networking Reception/Happy Hour at Division Brewing starting at 5:30pm Thursday, March 7. We will provide appetizers for attendees.

UTA campus parking for the State Meeting is included in the cost of registration and is available near the University Center. Please enter your vehicle information in the link below to obtain a parking e-permit for your vehicle to park on campus during the event. During the State Meeting, you can park in the College Park Garages, which are circled in black on this map.
For visitors using a rental car: You can register your vehicle after parking on campus. Once parked, reference your rented vehicle's license plate number and then enter it into the link below.
You may park in any space in the College Park Center Garages not marked as reserved, service vehicle, blocked by cones, or an ADA space without the proper permit.
