As international educators navigate ongoing disruption and change, the issue is no longer just how we recruit and hire, but how we create workplaces where people want to stay and advance. This webinar invites our community to reflect on what attracts and engages today’s IE professionals and how managers can foster cultures rooted in purpose, flexibility, and impact. Through candid conversation and shared experiences, panelists will explore how thoughtful leadership and inclusive practices can help international education attract and retain the talent it needs for the future. This discussion is relevant for those with hiring and supervisory responsibilities, as well as for staff seeking insight into workplace cultures that prioritize long-term staff development and wellbeing. NAFSA Peer-to-Peer Perspectives facilitate an online dialogue between international education professionals. Participants come prepared to listen, learn, and share with their peers.
