Patricia Tozzi

Patricia Tozzi is a global higher education leader focused on advancing international enrollment strategy and cross-border institutional partnerships. She has led student recruitment, enrollment growth, and market development initiatives for a wide range of public and private universities, aligning marketing, admissions, and partnership strategy with long-term institutional goals. In her role as Senior Partnerships Director at IDP, she collaborates with universities to strengthen global positioning and expand access to international education. Beyond her professional work, Patricia mentors emerging leaders through the Latin America Leadership Academy (LALA), serves as a Global Initiatives Mentor for SXSW EDU, and sits on the Northwestern University Kellogg Women@EMBA Board as Vice President of Marketing, supporting community engagement and fundraising initiatives. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from ESPM (Brazil) and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and is committed to building inclusive, globally connected academic communities.
