New standards for TCN visa appointments in Mexico

Third Country Nationals (TCNs) who are currently in the U.S. must make an appointment before applying for a nonimmigrant visa as a TCN at a U.S. consulate in Mexico. The Visa Information Service Web page lists who can and cannot apply in Mexico. AMDOC#: 200511006
