As institutions and organizations expand globally, identifying contracts, vendors, agents, and other critical partners has become a vital part of a successful international education strategy. Selecting and managing these partnerships, is a critical skill for any international educator.

In this live NAFSA e-Learning Seminar, presenters will discuss techniques for vetting partners and contracts, identify common campus stakeholders for reviewing new partners and contracts, and discuss risk assessment strategies and considerations.

Objectives

After attending this NAFSA e-Learning Seminar, participants will be able to:

  • Define and articulate criteria for vetting partners;
  • Develop a plan for vetting partners that assesses partnership risks;
  • Identify crucial campus stakeholders and their roles in reviewing partners.

The content of this seminar will be relevant to international educators currently working in international education leadership, international enrollment management, and education abroad.
