The 2026 Oklahoma State Meeting will be hosted on April 2nd from 9am - 3pm at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK. It is for professionals working in the international education field to learn updates in the field, share best practices and experiences, and network with colleagues. Session Proposals: Proposals from all areas of international education are welcome and will be accepted until March 21. Submit your proposal here.

Registration: Registration will open Monday, March 9, at 9:00 am CT. Early bird registration ends on Saturday, March 21, at 11:59 pm CT. Regular registration ends the night before the event on Wednesday, April 1. Onsite registration will be available via credit card.

Registration Rates
Through March 21, the early bird registration fees are as follows:

  • $26 for NAFSA members
  • $19 for NAFSA student members
  • $19 for NAFSA Life members or NAFSA retired professional members
  • $35 for nonmembers

From March 22 through April 1, regular registration fees are as follows:

  • $45 for NAFSA members
  • $33 for NAFSA student members
  • $33 for NAFSA Life members or NAFSA retired professional members
  • $60 for nonmembers

The onsite registration fees are as follows:

  • $56 for NAFSA members
  • $41 for NAFSA student members
  • $41 for NAFSA Life members or NAFSA retired professional members
  • $75 for nonmembers
