A new edition of Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, and Form I-765 instructions, are available on the USCIS web site at www.uscis.gov/i-765. The latest Form I-765 has an edition date of 05/31/18. Starting 09/17/18, USCIS will accept only the 05/31/18 edition.
