USCIS Fee and Form Changes 2016

New USCIS filing fees and form version become effective on December 23, 2016. "Applications or petitions mailed, postmarked, or otherwise filed on or after December 23, 2016 must include the new fee." Applications and petitions must also be filed on the latest edition of the required form.

EVUS enrollment for Chinese holders of 10-year B visas

Beginning November 29, 2016, travelers with a 10-year B1/B2, B1 or B2 visa in a Peoples Republic of China (PRC) passport will be required to enroll in the Electronic Visa Update System (EVUS) in order to be admitted to the United States in B-1 or B-2 status.
