Wheelchair Accessibility: The public sidewalks surrounding the convention center feature curb cuts for wheelchair access. Elevators are conveniently located near meeting rooms, common areas, and in the expo hall. Telephones, drinking fountains, and restrooms throughout the building are wheelchair accessible.
Convention Center Mobility Scooter Rentals: Scooter rentals can be arranged upon request for attendees who may require mobility assistance during the conference. Secure your rental via the ScootAround webpage or contact ScootAround via email at [email protected] or phone at 1-800-441-7575. Scooter pick-up/drop-off is located at the FedEx Office in the West C Lobby of the convention center.
Hearing Impaired Services: Please notify us in advance if you require American Sign Language Interpretation through email at [email protected].
Sight Impaired Information: Tactile Braille signage is located in the entrances of all meeting rooms, restrooms, and inside and outside of all passenger elevators.
Service Animals: Animals are not permitted on the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) premises expect when in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Animals that are approved to be on the convention center premises must be on a leash, within a pen, or under similar control. The owner will be fully responsible for their animal(s). Lactation Room: Located in Room W105A, the NAFSA provided lactation room facility offers a private and quiet environment equipped with comfortable seating, a refrigerator for storing milk, and amenities to support breastfeeding or pumping needs. This is a dedicated space that ensures that mothers can attend sessions and network with confidence, knowing that their needs are accommodated. Please inquire at the registration desk for more information on accessing the lactation room during the conference.
