The new site is designed to make navigating easier and more intuitive. Try clicking through a relevant "journey" – heading at the top of the screen – to see if you can find the content you're trying to find.

I Bookmarked a Page on the old NAFSA Site and Now It Doesn't Work. How Can I Find the Page I Need?

The following are links to some commonly used pages, as well as the journey they're located under, to help you get a better feel for the site:

If the content or resource you're looking for isn't here, try typing some relevant keywords into the search box that's located on the top right corner of every page. After searching, you can also limit your results to include only particular types of content, or specific topics, using the "Refine Your Results" sidebar on the right.

After searching if you still can’t find what you are looking for feel free to give us a call (202.7373.3699, ext 0) or send us an e-mail ([email protected]) and we’ll be happy to assist you.

I Came Across a Broken Link. What Do I Do?

If you encounter a link that doesn't work, please email [email protected] with the page you found the link on. You can search for the missing content using the search box on the upper right hand corner of every page.

I Can't Login to the Website

If you had an account on our old site, you do not need to re-register on the new one. Your old information will still work.

Click the "Login" button on the upper right hand corner of the screen to log in. If you've forgotten your username or password, you can look them up on our Find Me page. If you still need assistance logging in or have other questions, please email [email protected].

How Can I Share My Feedback?

NAFSA would love to hear from you. Please contact [email protected] with any questions, comments or concerns.

What's Next for the NAFSA Website

The redesign is just phase I of a multiple year project. The next phase will address our transactional capabilities on the web resulting in a better user experience when registering for events or purchasing items from the NAFSA bookstore.
