Schedule of Activities

In recognition of the special collaboration between university leaders and senior international officers, NAFSA is pleased to offer the Presidents Invitation. This opportunity allows a senior international officer or provost to invite their president to join them at the NAFSA 2026 Annual Conference & Expo in Orlando, Florida at a reduced rate. 

Presidents who join their senior international officer or provost at the conference will receive a 25% discount on conference registration. To take advantage of this offer, senior international officers must register for NAFSA 2026 before submitting the request form. If approved, NAFSA will send a Presidents' Invitation letter to your president, vice chancellor, or rector with instructions on how to take advantage of this special discount.

All presidents attending the conference will gain access to the Presidents, Vice Chancellors, and Rectors Summit. To take full advantage of this offer and receive timely information, schedule updates, and other important information, presidents are advised to register by April 30.
