On July 16, 2026, the Department of Homeland Security issued the public inspection copy of its final rule to end the Duration of Status (D/S) policy. Please join NAFSA’s regulatory and policy experts in a NAFSA members-only town hall event to learn more about the elimination of the D/S rule and how this will significantly impact the field of higher education and international students and exchange visitors.
