Join NAFSA for a special panel discussion to discuss the results of a new report, Developing a Globally Competitive Workforce Through Study Abroad. NAFSA partnered with Emsi, a labor market research firm, to measure the impact of education abroad on workforce development. Emsi analyzed hundreds of millions of U.S. job postings and professional profiles to determine the connection between study abroad and employer-desired skills.

Moderated by NAFSA board member Nelson Cunningham, panelists include Trevor Gunn, vice president for international relations at Medtronic, and Lorie Johns Paulez, director of education abroad at Georgia Institute of Technology. NAFSA executive director and CEO Esther Brimmer, DPhil, will provide welcoming remarks.
