The NAFSA Core Education Program (CEP) is focused on building the foundational competencies within our field. The CEP is made up of live synchronous workshops and asynchronous e-Learning Courses. Each interactive workshop is facilitated by a team of NAFSA Trainer Corps members. Certificates of completion are awarded to participants who complete NAFSA CEP Workshops and e-Learning Courses.

Current Topic Learning Labs (CTLLs) are uniquely designed to provide participants with a ‘lab’ environment. Participants are asked to complete a short amount of pre-work prior to the live CTLL date in order to come prepared to experiment and co-create and learn with fellow participants and trainers. CTLLs are highly engaging, often focused on case studies or very specific topics and issues within international education.  If you would like to propose a CTLL, please contact Learning and Training support.
